Error 011 on first ride

The bike is kind of fun. But the battery is consumed halfway after only 18 km through very hilly terrain and the an error E011 appeared several times during this test ride. I tried with rebooting, and could get it working again several times, but it's not how it should be. I contacted the support for either a quick or a return. I assume this is handled well so I could also give more points, but it's a hassle to assemble a bike for an hour and then most probably having to disassemble and put everything back into the box. This is nowhere explained. Also the the manual is hard to read. The translation is of poor quality. So I stay at a one star rating.

Well worth price

When our bikes arrived, they were so easy to assemble. But the best part was actually getting on and riding for the first time. We rode for over an hour, and didn’t realize we were getting a good workout! We are going to get two more!
