The bike arrived on time very easy to assemble I've had it about a month and been riding it back and forth to work great for commuting it's a little bit heavy but for the price it's an excellent deal

I bought this for my wife. She is very short and barely fits, 4' 11" and 24" inseam. But, with the seat all the way down she does fit, and she loves it. With her small size power is a non-issue. She can go up hills, even without pedaling, though she does. So far only about 45 miles, winter is upon us, but it has been a great bike for her.

i bought this bike for my son .He loves it but is still trying to learn how to make it go more miles. y'all were very helpful when he called with a problem. his taillight was broken when it was sent but you responded and sent him a new one right away . The only complaint I have is your instruction Manuel is not very friendly and does not tell you how to use the different options and how to get more miles out of the charge.Overall it is a great bike and the service is great!

I am now addicted to riding bikes! This new eBike is nice. It arrived quickly. It was very easy to assemble. Battery came in with a good enough charge to go on a ride. I lost a nut for the quick release front wheel and the company was very quick to respond and provide me with a replacement. So far I have no complaints about anything.
