I was really excited to receive my ebike. It was definitely worth the purchase. Not only is the product well worth the wait and price, Gleeride's customer service is also very supportive and communicated well. When I had an issue with assembly, they were able to help me through and point out what I needed to do to fix the problem. The ebike itself lives up to the hype both in performance and design. Looking forward to many bike rides!

This bike is a great value easy to put together and fun to ride. The only thing I can say negative is that it is a fast bike and you have to be careful.

These bikes are wonderful. We were afraid we were too old to figure out how to get these working for us but, well, it's like riding a bike. We've been able to remember how to shift gears, or just leave it in first for what we do. We have been able to use the pedal assist and make it easier to go up hills. Quick disconnect allows for easy mounting for transport. Haven't had them very long but we are pleased with what we know for now.

Arrived like many have described as mostly assembled with a small amount of assembly to do after unboxing. All the parts were provided and the necessary tools to complete assembly which I did by myself no problem. Put it on the charger which maybe took 6 hours to complete and did my first ride. Power was impressive and had no trouble braking or changing gears. I had a simple question for customer service which I emailed and response was very fast and courteous and answered my question. So far my experience has been fantastic.

This is my first ebike, first fat tire bike. I bought it to consume less gas while running errands. I am quite pleased with the power it delivers. I always pedal, do not use it just with throttle, I need the exercise too. The bike is a joy to use forget about running errands I am looking forward to taking for a spin. All I want is for it to last, so far build quality and everything looks good.

So far so good! Putting together was easy. Need to figure out how to adjust breaks so they don't scrape. Overall great!
