JOYOR E8-S Elektroroller 11" Reifen Dual 1600W Motoren 72V 35Ah Batterie

I was overall impressed with the built quality and looks of the scooter. It`s indeed rather sturdy but also heavy. The battery itself is properly sealed in metal and foam, the controller has epoxy inside and is thus waterproof. I am not absolutely sure about the waterproofness simply because of some screwholes and gaps here and there, so I wouldn´t recommend driving in the pouring rain.
The suspension seems of a rather high quality but here some problems already start: you cant adjust the spring rate of the suspension without taking off the wheels, you simply have no room to use your coil over spanner. Taking off the caps of the wheel screws is nearly impossible, they are super tight. You are "stuck" with soft suspension.
Out of the box the wheels were vibrating, so I had to use my own little weight to balance the wheels.
The handlebar is a bit narrow, the footrest tail is angled in a way which is good for quick accelration, but not for long rides. The 72v 80a controller seems to heat up good after a few accelrations, you loose performance just after 5 minutes of kickdown. I personally cant really reach 80km/h with this scooter unfortunately, which is a shame on a 72v system. I might have to replace the controller to a 100a one and hope the BMS will work.

All this made me realize that this scooter is excellent for "older people" with similar taste in fat, sturdy cars like Mercedes with soft suspension and comfy ride. I would argue this is excellent for commuters who drive around 50 to maybe 70 kmh for long periods of time, but for "young" people expecting sick 72V high end performance and "fast lap times", perhaps look elsewhere.
For the price you definitely get an excellent package, but if you want to buy this escooter for performance, expect to put in some work first
