We received this scooter in a timely manner. Upon using it right out of the box, it was showing frequent Error messages. After describing the problem to customer support, they offered to send us a new motor at no charge and to pay to have a local scooter shop install it. We were very promptly reimbursed for the motor replacement. The scooter is working great now and the customer service we received was excellent.

I have found the Scooter to be lots of fun to ride. It's motor is very responsive, as well as their customer service

I've really enjoyed this scooter. It is a blast. I don't use it to commute but is more than capable. I've ridden it everywhere you can walk and so much fun. I wanting to buy a second one so my friends can ride with me.

I like the big wheels which give it a more comfort and stability ride also like that it has a left right singal. It's alot heavier than my previous one from a different company. But that's fine. I would Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a scooter good scooter.
