Received the bike when expected; was packaged well with no damage; I am having a problem with the front fender; it is not straight; is flopping and is a little bit loose;

The assembly was easy and thanks for including all necessary tools. We have ridden the bikes throughout our neighborhood several times and they perform very well. We are very pleased so far. We had one small hiccup as the taillights on both bikes had come off during shipping but their customer service has been good to help us get it resolved. Great Bikes!

Nice electric bike, recommend upgrading to a new seat with better padding.
