Scooter zusammenbauen war kein Problem, um in Österreich auf der Straße zu fahren muss man vorne weiße, hinten rote und seitlich orange Rückstrahler wie beim Fahrrad anbringen. Wir haben großen Spaß mit dem Scooter. 👍😀
Das Gerät ist sein Geld wert. Ich bin zufrieden.

I haven't ridden a bike for 20 years. I didn't have the opportunity for 10 years and couldn't for 10 years because of massive balance problems. With the F20 Mate... I'm enjoying cycling again. Very stable and well made. The service was also great. Because I ordered the large basket and the front basket for the bike... the front light had to be mounted in a different place. This meant that it was not possible to create an electrical connection between the light and the electrics. The cable was simply too short. I ordered one from Amazon. But Fafrees' service paid for it! GREAT! Thank you!
This bike is a beast! The motor is powerful, and with pedal assist, I did over 90km on a single charge. It’s also quite comfortable and surprisingly easy to ride. One star off because I didn’t receive the front basket I ordered, and customer service hasn't followed up yet.
the bike is very well made, you can feel the good build quality, the version with three disc brakes stops very well, the lights with the stop and the direction indicators are comfortable, the engine pushes well and the climbs are not a problem, if you pedal and go in mixed pedal/electric mode you can easily do over 100 km with a battery charge without problems.
We didn't like the rearview mirrors provided, they are too rigid and bulky, we replaced them immediately.
The blue haze color is very nice but it is delicate, despite the packaging it arrived with a couple of dents and tends to pop at the slightest blow especially on the mudguards.
Overall excellent trike for now we are satisfied with the purchase.
Truly beyond expectations, very sturdy frame and accessories, I would have liked it if it had at least mirrors and an electronic bell as basic equipment. I bought it as a gift for my father who is 84 years old, but the assistance levels are very powerful for him, I hope he gets used to it and learns to use it soon.
From how I use it, it is really fun and high-performance, I will try to write to customer service to try to understand if it is possible to reduce the power of the various assistance levels, so I can satisfy my father and encourage him to use it.
I would say in conclusion that it is also very beautiful in terms of design and the gunmetal color is really elegant, everyone turns to look at it appreciating it when I use it around the country.
I have not yet tried to fold it and load it into the car to transport it, I hope the operations are easy, so I cannot give a review on this aspect.

Es kam eine Woche nach meiner Bestellung an, was sehr schnell ging, viel schneller als erwartet. Das Fahrrad ist größer als erwartet. Auf den Bildern hatte ich es kleiner erwartet, aber das beeinträchtigt meine Nutzung nicht. Es hat genug Power und ist sehr praktisch.
Super Fahrrad! Ich konnte damit weiter fahren als mit dem Fahrrad und auch auf anspruchsvollerem Gelände. Außerdem kann ich in der Stadt sehr entspannt fahren.

Die Ladezeit von etwa 5 Stunden passt perfekt – ich lade den Roller einfach über Nacht auf, und morgens ist er wieder einsatzbereit.
Ich nutze den iScooter i12 täglich für meinen Arbeitsweg. Dank der Federung vorne und hinten fährt er sich selbst auf Kopfsteinpflaster sehr komfortabel. Die 25 km/h Höchstgeschwindigkeit sind perfekt für die Stadt und ich komme super schnell durch den Berufsverkehr.
Mit einer Reichweite von rund 30 km komme ich locker zwei bis drei Tage ohne Aufladen aus. Für den täglichen Einsatz in der Stadt absolut ausreichend.
Die maximale Belastung von 150kg ist perfekt für schwerere Fahrer wie mich. Stabil und leistungsstark.

It's a beautiful and functional electric trike. Folded it and placed it in the back of my van for a weekend trip – worked great! The brakes are powerful, and I feel confident riding in city traffic. Could use better front lighting, though.
