It's perfect for who's 5'4". loves the looks, build, and ride quality. I raves the soft seat and dual suspension way better than her branded, non-electric dual suspension mountain bike with an aftermarket cushioned bike seat. The dual lights work great & as good as most aftermarket bike lights. The 750w motor has a great response on flat, downhills, & regular hills though it can struggle a bit on very steep ones which we rarely trek on & have. The range on dual batteries is close to advertised on PAS 1-3 which was plenty fast enough for me & allowed at bike lanes/paths. It has been a head turner & great value compared to other in this price range. We highly recommend it!

I’m superpleased with the M20, wouldn’t say the pedalling is uncomfortable (like I heard in a videoreview) as it is a caféracer style I expected ridegeometry to be different. Gearshifting is exact. The acceleration is smooth when using the gashandle. It has kind of a ”ketchup effect” on the pedalassist, sort of a retardation and then it comes with full speed without being able to control the pace with the pedals. You have 5 different assistmodes/speeds to choose from and the speed is sufficient. I have been riding with a chariot behind and got around 25km with two/three bars left on the battery, fair to say that there was practically no pedalling involved. 😀 For me it’s a winner even with those small flaws in pedalassist.
