The bike have certain issues with break. Even somedays back the front wheel rim was banned and become curved while riding the cycle on county mountain road. I Didn't expect this type of service. The front headlight is too less light provides too.. I am totally not satisfied. Eta informed your customer service team but didnt get any response. Disappointing

Very nice e-bike

The e-bike arrived quickly and was well packaged. It looks very high quality and was easy to assemble. After using it a few times, I am very happy. In our mountainous region in Thuringia, we made good progress without any problems, depending on the support.
