Der Scooter war schnell bei mir. Der Preis ist ist akzeptabel. Der Scooter ist sehr schön und gut zusammen gebaut. Das Gerät ist sehr leicht und schnell zusammen gebaut, auch für Menschen die keine Erfahrung haben leicht zu verstehen und leicht zusammen zu bauen. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Das Fahrrad würde ich nicht nochmal kaufen da klappert die Kette und am Rahmen und satellstange ist der Lack ab ich gabe Foto gemacht und gesendet und bis jetzt keine Antwort bekommen

The time to answer can be better (usually 24h) but the customer service was really kind and provided all the information needed. I even thought could be a Scam page but no... I have my ebike in a really good price and works perfectly! I can only recommend the page for the service I received and good product!

Es gefällt mir sehr gut, es passt zu meiner Körpergröße, ich bin 173 cm groß, und der Sitz ist verstellbar, sodass ich ihn auf eine für mich angenehme Höhe einstellen kann. Am besten gefällt mir der Gemüsekorb. Ich kann meine Tasche oder etwas Gemüse darin unterbringen. Es gibt mir ein Gefühl der Behaglichkeit. Es ist sehr praktisch, egal ob ich zur Arbeit oder woanders hin gehe. Vielen Dank, OOLACTIVE, es ist ein vertrauenswürdiger Shop und ich werde weiterhin zum Einkaufen zurückkommen.
This electric scooter is the best at its price, its fast, but the battery drains really quickly on turbo after unlocking (about 25 km range). Plenty of fun on Standard (after unlocking), but the delivery took much, MUCH longer then expected, but arrived in one piece with no defects.

The bike is kind of fun. But the battery is consumed halfway after only 18 km through very hilly terrain and the an error E011 appeared several times during this test ride. I tried with rebooting, and could get it working again several times, but it's not how it should be. I contacted the support for either a quick or a return. I assume this is handled well so I could also give more points, but it's a hassle to assemble a bike for an hour and then most probably having to disassemble and put everything back into the box. This is nowhere explained. Also the the manual is hard to read. The translation is of poor quality. So I stay at a one star rating.

This was my second battery order the batteries were fine despatch time was excellent first battery despatched by DHL no problems. However when I ordered my second you sent it by Yodel if I had known that you where going to change carrier I would not have placed the second order they are the worst and they didn’t disappoint waited in all day for them not to show up two days out of my life waiting in for their driver
